The Iraq DCCP cement clinker production line and power plant project, designed by Hunan Zhongyuan Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and contracted by China Hydropower Construction Group International Engineering Co., Ltd., was awarded the bid and participated in the production of the 6000t/d clinker new dry process cement production line kiln tail preheater system and the fourth generation Smith cross bar grate cooler shell by Jiangsu Yumeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The project started on July 18th, By December 8th, all goods have arrived at the designated port in Shanghai and been delivered successfully.
The Iraq DCCP cement clinker production line and power plant project includes a new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 6000 tons of clinker and a heavy oil self-contained power plant. The design life is 25 years, the construction period is 2 years, and the operation and maintenance period is 7.5 years. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can provide high-quality cement materials for the local area, effectively filling the gap in cement in the central and southern regions of Iraq, and injecting new vitality into the construction of infrastructure and the development of the building materials industry in Iraq.
The construction period of the DCCP project in Iraq is 24 months, which is characterized by tight schedule, large engineering quantity, complex process, and heavy design and equipment procurement tasks. In order to ensure the smooth delivery of the kiln tail preheater and grate cooler shell production project as scheduled, and to strengthen the control of the quality and progress of the production process, Jiangsu Yumeng dispatched a project specialist to the project site to communicate and solve various problems that may arise during the construction of the production project, ensuring that the design matches the actual situation on the project site, and better meeting the various needs of parallel construction of the main production line and auxiliary workshop on the project site.
This time, Jiangsu Yumeng participated in the production project of the Iraq DCCP project, which mainly consists of two main parts: the first part: the fifth stage preheater at the kiln tail - all ordinary steel production from the connection flange between the kiln tail smoke chamber and the rotary kiln to the C1 air outlet flange; Including the production, rust removal, painting (according to design requirements), and inspection of the five stage cyclone preheater, rising air duct, smoke chamber, discharge pipe, and inner cylinder of the first stage cylinder. Provide steel materials for engineering production, as well as materials for support and packaging, according to the design drawings, totaling around 950 tons. Part 2: Production of grid coolers for the 6000t/d new dry process cement production line of the DCCP project in Iraq. Smith grate cooler shell is divided into a set of parts and made according to the drawing. Including transportation to Shanghai Port, production, rust removal, painting (according to design requirements), inspection, etc., a total of about 165 tons of production and packaging are required.
This time, Jiangsu Yumeng participated in the first Iraq DCCP cement clinker production line and power plant project contracted by Sinohydro Bureau 4 "the Belt and Road" in the overseas market for the first time, which is of great significance to Jiangsu Yumeng.
